Dr. Aneta Szpernoga is a skilled dentist and the practice owner of Ringwood Dental Studio. She graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, NJ. She further honed her expertise during a one-year General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, a Level 1 trauma facility.
During her residency, Dr. Aneta worked closely with specialists across various fields, gaining valuable hands-on experience and enhancing her knowledge through evidence-based research on the latest dental treatments. She is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality care to her patients.
When she’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Aneta enjoys staying active with Orange Theory and Pilates, while also cherishing time spent with her family and friends. She also loves to travel, which allows her to explore new places, immerse herself in different cultures, and create lasting memories.
Dr. Karen Abboud

Dr. Karen Abboud serves as an associate dentist at Ringwood Dental Studio, where she brings a gentle touch and a strong commitment to patient-focused care. She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore and furthered her education at a one-year General Practice Residency at Morristown Hospital, a level 1 Trauma Center.
Through her residency and dental school education, Dr. Abboud has developed a particular strength in treating dental emergencies and performing surgical procedures with confidence and compassion. This background allows her to provide comprehensive care that’s both efficient and comfortable for patients.
Dr. Abboud stays current with the latest techniques and advances in the field. She offers a broad range of dental services and take the time to listen, educate, and tailor treatment plans to fit each patient’s individual needs and goals.

Dr. Anthoula Nikolaidis

Dr. Nikolaidis has long been committed to providing her patients with passionate and dedicated care throughout her career. After receiving her doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Nikolaidis continued to advance her skills at Montefiore Medical Center for two years, where she completed her General Practice Residency and Endodontic Fellowship.
After completing her Endodontic Fellowship, Dr. Nikolaidis had found her niche in performing root canals. She has a passion for precision, which allows her to navigate the delicate structures inside a tooth effectively to relieve pain and restore dental health. Her expertise ensures that every root canal is performed with care and comfort, making what might seem like a daunting procedure a smooth and successful experience.
While not in office, Dr. Nikolaidis enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and traveling. She’s also a food connoisseur, consistently looking for the best restaurants during her travels.
